Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of the Roxbod iPhone app and this website.

Using Roxbod

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may use Roxbod for your own lawful, personal training purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person’s account or information.

Training information

Roxbod provides training plans, workout tracking, and related information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an assessment of your ability to exercise safely. Training carries risk. Choose an effort appropriate for you, stop if you feel unwell, and consult a qualified professional when you need individual medical advice. Race estimates and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees of results.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You allow us to process it to operate Roxbod as described in our Privacy Policy. Roxbod and its software, design, and content remain ours or our licensors’. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Roxbod available and accurate, but provide it on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted service or a particular fitness outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Roxbod at any time and delete your account in the app. You can also contact privacy@liftly.app for help. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect the service. We may update these terms and will post the current version here with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
