ROXBOD / LEGAL
Privacy Policy.
This policy explains the information Roxbod uses to provide its iPhone training app and this website.
Effective September 27, 2026
Information you provide
When you create an account, we receive your email address and account identifier. Depending on how you sign in, Apple or Google may also provide a name or profile information. We store the profile and training details you choose to enter, such as your name, age, training background, schedule, equipment, goals, and optional body measurements or training conditions.
Roxbod stores the plans generated for you, preferences you save, and workout records you create, including completed sessions, sets, loads, runs, and related progress. If you choose to add a prior race result, we use the details you supply or authorize us to retrieve. If you add a profile photo, we store the photo you select.
If you use voice entry, your recording is sent to our transcription provider to turn it into text. Voice entry is optional. We do not need access to your microphone unless you choose that feature.
How we use information
- To create and update your training plan and show your workouts and progress.
- To authenticate your account, sync your records, and help prevent unauthorized access.
- To respond to support requests and maintain and improve the service.
Google sign-in uses basic identity information to authenticate you. Roxbod does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your other Google account content.
App analytics and crash reports
In the iPhone app, we use PostHog to understand app screens and usage and Sentry to diagnose crashes and errors. We associate this information with your account identifier and, when available, email address so we can investigate problems affecting your account. PostHog may derive approximate location, such as city or country, from your IP address for analytics. PostHog may record app sessions to help us reproduce issues. Session recording masks text, text fields, images, and system views; we do not capture touch coordinates or console logs in those recordings.
Where information goes
Firebase Authentication processes sign-in information. Our API and database process and store application data. PostHog processes app analytics and masked session recordings; Sentry processes app error and crash reports. We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the app and website. If you choose voice entry, the audio is sent to a transcription provider. If you explicitly link a prior race result, the relevant result provider is queried to retrieve that result. These providers process information on our behalf or to provide the feature you choose.
We do not sell your personal information. This website does not offer account sign-in or collect training data. It may receive ordinary server request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver pages and maintain security.
Storage and your choices
Workout events may be stored on your iPhone and synchronized with our service when a connection is available. You can edit supported profile and training preferences in the app. You can delete your account from the Account section of the app, or ask for access to your information by emailing privacy@liftly.app. We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Deleting an account removes associated application records, subject to required retention and backup cycles.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Roxbod is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes; the updated version will appear here with a new effective date.
